Music

Music has been a constant in my life. It is something I keep coming back to, whether I am performing as a principal clarinetist at Juilliard Pre-College, playing in ensembles, or working on something just for myself. It has pushed me, challenged me, and given me a way to connect with people beyond words.

Listen in!

Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra in A major, K. 622 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Scheherazade Symphonic Suite by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Movement II, Clarinet Solo

Première Rhapsodie by Claude Debussy

Shostakovich Symphony No. 10 in E minor, Op. 93

Schubert Symphony No. 8 in B minor, "Unfinished"

Juilliard Pre-College Orchestra

I am the principal clarinetist of the Juilliard Pre-College Orchestra, where I have had the chance to perform some incredible repertoire alongside talented musicians. I have also played with the Juilliard Pre-College Symphony, taking on different roles within the section.

I have played first clarinet in works like Sibelius Symphony No. 5, Schubert Symphony No. 8, DvoÅ™ák Symphony No. 8, Ravel’s Piano Concerto, and Louise Farrenc’s Overture, among others. I have also had the opportunity to perform in world premieres, including Jeff Scott’s Count Down "10 Minutes to Live" and Nenia by student composer Alex Robertson

Community & Collaboration

Music is not just about playing. It is about sharing. One of the most meaningful things I have done is perform alongside children with developmental disabilities, creating moments where music becomes a bridge. Seeing how music helps people connect, express themselves, and feel seen reminds me why I do this in the first place.

We have performed at community events like Able Bloom and the Westchester's Lunar New Year event, bringing music into spaces where it can make a difference.
